Scaldis, part of Elis Belgium, gevestigd in Péruwelz, is een dienstverlenend bedrijf actief op het gebied van industriële en technische werkkledij alsook Cleanroomkledij.

Beschikkend over een nationale aanwezigheid en erkend voor onze innoverende diensten, stellen wij onze klanten “oplossingen op maat” voor, op vlak van bedrijfskledij.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Account Manager NL/FR.

Jobomschrijving

De Account Manager, staat onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de Commerciële Manager en heeft voornamelijk volgende opdrachten :

  • Opvolgen van bestaande dossiers op de industriële markt en het ontwikkelen van een vertrouwensrelatie met de verschillende contactpersonen van het klantenbestand die hem/haar werd toegekend
  • Ontwikkelen van nieuwe services en sites bij bestaande klanten
  • Deelnemen, samen met zijn/haar management, aan onderhandelingen in het kader van het ondertekenen van contracten
  • Regelmatige rapportering met de Commerciële Manager voor de opvolging van klantendossiers
  • Beheren van de implementatie van contracten in nauwe samenwerking met diverse interne diensten, waaronder marketing, textiel, productie, logistiek en administratie, om een vlotte en gecoördineerde uitvoering te garanderen.
  • Toezien op de goede uitvoering van de contracten (tariefherziening, betaling facturen,…)
  • Toezien op de permanente aanpassing van de producten en services gelinkt aan de noden en verwachtingen van de klant
  • Garant staan voor de klantentevredenheid en dit met behoud van de commerciële belangen van het bedrijf
  • Leidinggeven aan de stuurgroep met klanten, inclusief het definiëren van KPI’s en het opstellen en opvolgen van verbeterplannen om de prestaties en samenwerking continu te optimaliseren.
  • Opstellen van offertes, rapportering en opvolging van offertes en consultaties
  • U wordt ondersteund door een commerciële assistent(e) voor de opvolging van uw klantenportefeuille.

Profielbeschrijving

  • U heeft ervaring in de industriële sector of B to B, idealiter 5 jaar
  • U bent tweetalig NL/FR, Engels is een pluspunt
  • U heeft gevorderde kennis in Excel en Office
  • U bent nauwgezet en dynamisch
  • U houdt van zelfstandig werken
  • U bent in staat een probleem te identificeren en op te lossen
