Vanuit hun moderne productiesite werken zij dagelijks aan duurzame groei en het verder versterken van hun marktpositie.

Jobomschrijving

  • Ontwikkelen, implementeren en opvolgen van een commerciële accountstrategie die aansluit bij de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
  • Opstellen en uitvoeren van jaarlijkse businessplannen, afgestemd op de behoeften van de klant.
  • Zelfstandig beheren en uitbouwen van een portefeuille van retailklanten over heel België.
  • Identificeren van nieuwe business opportuniteiten binnen bestaande en nieuwe markten.
  • Leiden van jaarlijkse commerciële onderhandelingen rond prijzen, contracten en commerciële voorwaarden.
  • Uitwerken van rendabele prijs- en assortimentsstrategieën.
  • Analyseren van markt-, categorie- en concurrentiegegevens en deze vertalen naar concrete groeiplannen.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het volledige klant- en contractmanagement.
  • Opstellen van nauwkeurige sales forecasts en proactief beheren van risico's en opportuniteiten.
  • Afstemmen en samenwerken met interne stakeholders zoals Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service en R&D om klantverwachtingen te overtreffen.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een economische richting.
  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen Sales, idealiter binnen FMCG en/of private label.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het zelfstandig beheren van key accounts en het voeren van commerciële onderhandelingen.
  • Je hebt een sterk inzicht in retail, category management en commerciële rendabiliteit.
  • Je combineert analytisch vermogen met een proactieve en hands-on aanpak.
  • Je communiceert vlot op verschillende niveaus en weet stakeholders te overtuigen en te verbinden.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een ondernemende mindset.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Andere talen zijn een plus
