Als Account Manager in deze veelzijdige functie sta je in voor het beheer en uitbreiding van een bestaande poule Food Professionals. Als mini-ondernemer kan je rekenen op vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om, na een inwerkperiode, in een A-Z rol naar eigen goeddunken jouw business te beheren. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

- Je beheert in team een bestaande poule van 60 beenhouwers en klanten (Retail, ambachtelijke slagerijen en groothandels)

- Je rekruteert actief nieuwe kandidaten met oog op uitbreiding van jouw business maar bewaakt als een goede

huisvader de geleverde kwaliteit van onze poule.

- Je gaat dmv koude & warme prospectie actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten.

- Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van zowel klanten als kandidaten. Hiervoor maak je gebruik

van ons CRM en ATS systeem.

- Je vertrekt vanuit de kandidaat die jou overtuigd heeft en gaat gericht voor hem/haar op zoek naar de ideale

opdracht.

- Wij zijn niet persé op zoek naar foodies maar een duidelijke affiniteit met de foodsector is zeker welkom!

- Je bent woonachtig in de ruime regio rond Antwerpen. Onze bureau bevindt zich in Berchem waar je min. 4 van 5

dagen aanwezig bent.
