Als Account Manager ben je het gezicht van onze organisatie binnen de regio van Antwerpen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële ontwikkeling van zowel bestaande klanten als nieuwe prospecten en draagt actief bij aan de groei van onze marktpositie.

Je combineert prospectie met relatiebeheer en weet duurzame partnerships uit te bouwen in de regio Antwerpen. Door goed te luisteren naar de behoeften van klanten vertaal je hun uitdagingen naar passende oplossingen en professioneel advies.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Actief ontwikkelen van nieuwe business bij B2B-klanten en industriële eindgebruikers.
  • Beheren en verder uitbouwen van bestaande klantenrelaties.
  • Detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten en omzetten in concrete resultaten.
  • Adviseren van klanten over ons volledige productassortiment en de meest geschikte oplossingen.
  • Zorgvuldig opvolgen van offertes, projecten, klantencontacten en verkoopkansen.
  • Correct registreren en beheren van alle klantinformatie in het CRM-systeem.
  • Regelmatig peilen naar klanttevredenheid en proactief inspelen op verbeterpunten.
  • Organiseren en geven van product opleidingen voor klanten, winkelverantwoordelijken en medewerkers.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van het bedrijf tijdens opendeurdagen, product demonstraties en adviesmomenten.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van onze commerciële processen.
  • Rapporteren aan de Sales Manager.

Je bent een commercieel talent met een passie voor technische producten en klantrelaties. Je haalt energie uit het behalen van resultaten en bent zowel sterk in het openen van deuren als in het uitbouwen van langdurige samenwerkingen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar succesvolle ervaring in een buitendienstfunctie binnen een technische of bouwtechnische omgeving.
  • Sterke commerciële vaardigheden en een gezonde mix van hunting en farming.
  • Resultaatgerichte mindset met focus op het behalen en overtreffen van doelstellingen.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en vertrouwd met CRM-systemen.
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en goed georganiseerd.
  • Teamspeler met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Representatief voorkomen en klantgerichte houding.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Woonachtig in de regio of bereid je daar te vestigen.
