Met 9 kantoren in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen combineren we lokale nabijheid met de slagkracht van een moderne, digitale organisatie. In elk kantoor werken teams van 8 tot 15 collega's die elkaar écht kennen en ondersteunen.

Achter jou staat bovendien een netwerk van gespecialiseerde kennisteams in fiscaliteit, juridisch advies, corporate finance en businessanalyse. Zo kan jij je volledig focussen op waar jij het verschil maakt: advies, kwaliteit en complexe dossiers.

Hier krijg je de ruimte om verder te groeien als expert, je kennis te verdiepen en actief bij te dragen aan de kwaliteit van onze organisatie. En ja - werken mag ook leuk zijn. Denk aan frietjes tijdens de btw-periode, quizavonden, teambuildings aan zee of in Parijs, een familiedag en een stevig nieuwjaarsevent.

Jouw rol: expert, sparringpartner en kwaliteitsbewaker Wat dat concreet betekent: ● Je begeleidt ondernemers bij complexe boekhoudkundige en fiscale vraagstukken ● Je kijkt dossiers kritisch na en tilt ze inhoudelijk naar een hoger niveau ● Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor collega's bij moeilijke dossiers ● Je vertaalt jouw expertise naar helder advies voor klanten ● Je ondersteunt en coacht dossierbeheerders in hun ontwikkeling ● Je werkt nauw samen met interne experten binnen tax, legal en andere specialisaties ● Je deelt inzichten en best practices binnen het kwaliteitsteam

Wie jij ben Je bent iemand die energie krijgt van inhoud, analyse en advies. Iemand die graag meedenkt met ondernemers én collega's.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf hierin: Ervaring en expertise ● 10 jaren ervaring in accountancy of dossierbeheer ● Sterke kennis van boekhouding en fiscaliteit ● Economische opleiding ● ITAA-titel is een plus

Adviesgericht ● Je denkt verder dan cijfers alleen ● Je ziet opportuniteiten en vertaalt ze naar advies ● Klanten vertrouwen op jouw inzicht
