Een groeiend en ambitieus accountancy- en advieskantoor in regio Brugge is op zoek naar een Accountancy Manager om het team te versterken. De organisatie zet sterk in op kwaliteit, klantgerichtheid en een gezonde work-life balance. Vanuit een mensgerichte visie wordt veel belang gehecht aan leren, groeien en het versterken van medewerkers. Het kantoor ondersteunt ondernemers bij hun financiële en fiscale traject en wil voor hen een betrouwbare partner en strategische adviseur zijn. Binnen de organisatie heerst een open communicatiecultuur, een toegankelijk management en een collegiale sfeer waarin samenwerking centraal staat.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor een klantenportefeuille van ongeveer 100 klanten, waarbij je toeziet op planning, structuur, deadlines en de kwaliteitscontrole van dossierbeheerders.
  • Je ondersteunt en coacht het team van dossierbeheerders door kennis te delen en hen te begeleiden in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Je beheert en versterkt klantenrelaties, volgt leads op en detecteert commerciële kansen.
  • Je waakt over de samenwerking met het outsourcingteam en volgt de werking van specifieke softwaremodules op.
  • Je denkt actief mee over efficiëntie, procesoptimalisatie en de verdere groei van de organisatie.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in accountancy en fiscaliteit, waarbij een ITAA-titel of gelijkwaardige ervaring een plus is en freelance samenwerking ook mogelijk is.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en bij voorkeur ook in het Engels.
  • Je hebt een grondige vaktechnische expertise en bent bereid je bij te scholen in een snel evoluerend fiscaal landschap.
  • Je hebt leiderschaps- en people skills waarmee je structuur aanbrengt, prioriteiten stelt, beslissingen neemt en een team motiveert.
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale boekhoudsoftware, CRM-systemen en een sterk gedigitaliseerde werkomgeving.
