Ervaren in accountancy en klaar voor een rol waarin je méér doet dan dossiers opvolgen? In deze functie krijg je de ruimte om klanten echt te adviseren, verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en tegelijk een belangrijke rol te spelen in de ontwikkeling van je collega's.

Voor ons kantoor in Sint-Niklaas zoeken we een Accountancy Manager die graag initiatief neemt, ondernemers begrijpt en energie haalt uit samenwerking.

  • kwaliteitsbewaker, met oog voor efficiëntie, nauwkeurigheid en deadlines.

Dit breng jij mee

Je hebt een stevige basis in accountancy en weet hoe het eraan toegaat binnen een fiduciaire omgeving. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of beschikt over een gelijkwaardig ervaringsniveau.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Je communiceert vlot en kunt complexe financiële of fiscale materie begrijpelijk uitleggen.
  • Je denkt mee met klanten en bouwt graag aan relaties op lange termijn.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt ook actief de samenwerking met collega's op.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en houdt ervan om anderen met jouw kennis vooruit te helpen.
