Wat doet de Engineer Procesverbetering / Reliability Engineer bij deze organisatie? Je bent analytisch en weet dit te koppelen aan oplossingen in de praktijk. Je draagt zorg over de onderhoudsconcepten van alle installaties. Hierin heb jij de verantwoordelijkheid over de structuur, begroting, filosofie, bedrijfsvoering en optimalisatie. Je bent voornamelijk bezig met het creëren van het onderhoudsbeleid op basis van productiedoelstellingen. Dit ter verbetering van de inzetbaarheid, beschikbaarheid, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van de machines. Je kijkt naar de prestaties en maakt plannen om dit te optimaliseren. Daarnaast voer je FMEA, risico-analyses, life-cycle analyses uit en implementeer je de onderhoudsconcepten. Een andere taak die behoort tot de Engineer Procesverbetering / Reliability Engineer is het trainen van de monteurs in procedures en werkprocessen. Tevens ben jij de back up van de Werkvoorbereider/Planner, Teamleider en Inkoper. Als Engineer Procesverbetering / Reliability Engineer kom je te werken binnen een productieomgeving in de snoepgoederenindustrie. Er heerst een prettige werksfeer.
