Jouw rol binnen onze 'familie ' Als Accountant ben jij een belangrijke spil binnen ons kantoor. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, stuurt het team aan en bent een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor onze cliënten. Met jouw kennis, inzicht en persoonlijke benadering maak je echt het verschil. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het plannen, organiseren en controleren van werkzaamheden binnen het team - Het opstellen van jaarrekeningen volgens geldende wet- en regelgeving; - Het onderhouden en versterken van duurzame klantrelaties; - Het beoordelen van dossiers op juistheid en volledigheid; - Het begeleiden en opleiden van administratief medewerkers en assistenten. Wie jij bent Je bent inhoudelijk sterk, sociaal vaardig en hebt een professionele, kritische blik. Je houdt van kwaliteit, maar verliest de mens achter de cijfers nooit uit het oog. Daarnaast: - Heb je een afgeronde HBO- of universitaire opleiding Accountancy (AA of RA); - Communiceer je makkelijk en met flair; - Werk je vlot met diverse online toepassingen; - Heb je bij voorkeur ervaring met Audition, Rapportagegemak en Exact Online; - Ben je analytisch sterk, leergierig en nieuwsgierig naar technologische ontwikkelingen; - Beschik je over een rijbewijs; - Ben je maatschappelijk betrokken en sta je stevig in je schoenen.
