Ben jij een nauwkeurige ACCOUNTANT A-Y met een passie voor cijfers en een hands-on mentaliteit?

Als ACCOUNTANT A-Y ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige financiële administratie van onze organisatie. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de juistheid en integriteit van de financiële gegevens en draagt actief bij aan het optimaliseren van onze accountingprocessen. In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Finance Manager.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als ACCOUNTANT A-Y:

Operationele boekhouding:

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse verwerking van de financiële administratie, waaronder:
  • Inboeken van aankoopfacturen (handelsgoederen en algemene kosten)
  • Financiële verwerking van leasingcontracten en investeringen
  • Boeken van bankverrichtingen
  • Correcte boekhoudkundige verwerking van lonen en sociale bijdragen
  • Voorbereiden en controleren van betalingsbatches voor leveranciers
  • Opvolgen van het debiteurenbeheer

Ondersteuning binnen Finance:

  • Bij afwezigheid van je collega die verantwoordelijk is voor General Ledger en analytische boekhouding, ondersteun je bij:
  • Opmaak van periodieke analyses van de balans en resultatenrekening (P&L)
  • Ondersteuning bij externe audits en belastingaangiften
  • Uitvoeren van ad-hocanalyses in samenwerking met de Finance Manager

REF: WIL

Technische kennis:

  • Grondige kennis van algemene en analytische boekhouding
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Excel
  • Ervaring met verschillende boekhoudpakketten is een plus, bij voorkeur Navision of Business Central

Persoonlijke competenties:

  • Je bent proactief, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je bent een teamspeler, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.

Opleiding & ervaring:

  • Bachelor Accountancy of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een industriële of productieomgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
