Jobomschrijving

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteuning bij de maandelijkse, driemaandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen.
  • Boekhoudkundige verwerking en opvolging van verschillende vennootschappen binnen de vooropgestelde deadlines.
  • Bankverwerking, inboeken van aankoopfacturen en diverse journaalposten.
  • opmaken van jaarrekeningen en andere rapporteringen.
  • Uitvoeren van reconciliaties en aanleveren van informatie aan interne en externe audits.
  • Onderhouden van interne en externe contacten met klanten, leveranciers en andere afdelingen.
  • Eventuele analyse van balans- en resultaatadvies.
  • Ondersteuning in de projectverwerking, zoals het testen van nieuwe tools en optimalisatie van processen.
  • Budgettering en prognoses.

Jouw profiel

Must-haves

  • Bachelor of Master in een economische of boekhoudkundige richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 1 jaar relevante ervaring binnen boekhouding.
  • Hands-on en resultaatgerichte mentaliteit.
  • Gestructureerd, nauwkeuring en proactief.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Kennis van BEGAAP en SAP.
  • Affiniteit met projectwerking en procesoptimalisatie.
