Wil jij als accountant méér betekenen voor ondernemers dan enkel de boekhouding verwerken?

Voor een groeiend en ambitieus accountantskantoor zijn we op zoek naar een accountant die graag verder kijkt dan de cijfers alleen. Je komt terecht in een professionele, maar familiale omgeving waar persoonlijk klantencontact, advies en ondernemerschap centraal staan.

De functie combineert een sterke boekhoudkundige basis met een duidelijke adviserende rol. Je krijgt de kans om ondernemers actief te begeleiden, financiële inzichten te vertalen naar advies en mee te denken over hun verdere groei.

Daarnaast wordt sterk ingezet op jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling, met onder andere begeleiding en ondersteuning richting het behalen van een ITAA-titel.

De functie Als accountant krijg je verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen klantenportefeuille en volg je dossiers van A tot Z op. Tegelijkertijd gaat jouw rol verder dan de klassieke boekhouding.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het beheren en opvolgen van boekhoudkundige dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Het opmaken van jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiften.
  • Het bewaken van deadlines en een correcte dossieropvolging.
  • Het opmaken van financiële analyses en tussentijdse rapporteringen.
  • Het bespreken van financiële resultaten met klanten.
  • Het adviseren van ondernemers rond fiscaliteit, optimalisaties en financiële vraagstukken.
  • Het signaleren van opportuniteiten en meedenken over de verdere groei van klanten.
  • Het begeleiden van dossiers met verschillende vennootschappen en complexere structuren.
  • Het meewerken aan digitalisering en interne verbeterprojecten.

Je bent dus niet alleen bezig met wat er gisteren financieel gebeurd is, maar kijkt ook mee naar wat er morgen kan gebeuren. Naarmate je groeit binnen de organisatie, krijg je steeds meer ruimte om als financieel adviseur en sparringpartner voor ondernemers op te treden.

  • Een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een master in een economische richting.
  • Bij voorkeur 1 à 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accountancy of fiscaliteit.
  • Een klantgerichte en communicatieve ingesteldheid.
  • Een zelfstandige, gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkhouding.
  • Een gezonde dosis nieuwsgierigheid en de motivatie om voortdurend bij te leren.
  • Interesse in fiscaliteit, financiële analyse en bedrijfsadvies.
  • De ambitie om op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid en een sterkere adviesrol op te nemen.
