Naast de kernactiviteit biedt het bedrijf ook uitgebreide productinformatie, kwaliteitsgaranties en een eigen logistieke dienst die aankopen rechtstreeks bij de koper aflevert. Alles wordt ondersteund door een sterke digitale reflex, van een eigen platform tot een eigen mobiele applicatie.

Jouw missie

Als rechterhand van de CFO bouw je mee aan de finance organisatie van een bedrijf dat elk jaar met zo'n 60% groeit. Er is geen externe boekhouder: jij en je team dragen de volledige boekhoudkundige kennis intern, van de dagelijkse verwerking tot de meest specifieke dossiers.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je geeft leiding aan het team dat de dagdagelijkse boekhouding opvolgt: aankoop en verkoopfacturen, betalingen en de doorlopende afstemmingen
  • Je stelt zelfstandig de BTW aangiftes op en dient deze in, samen met andere fiscale en statutaire verplichtingen zoals intracommunautaire listings
  • Je sluit zelfstandig het boekjaar af: van de boekhoudkundige jaarafsluiting en resultaatverwerking tot het opstellen van de verslagen voor bestuur en algemene vergadering en de jaarrekening bij de Nationale Bank. Enkel voor de belastingberekening werk je samen met een externe fiscalist
  • Je trekt de transitie van Exact Online naar Odoo mee, en denkt actief mee over hoe processen slimmer en efficient kunnen
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt tussen het interne team, de fiscalisten, de auditors en de bredere finance afdeling
  • Je werkt mee aan de analytische boekhouding, met aandacht voor budgettering, forecasting en kostprijsberekening

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in de boekhouding, met stevige kennis van Belgische GAAP en de belangrijkste fiscale principes
  • Je hebt eerder leiding gegeven aan een team of bent klaar voor die stap
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Odoo en/of Exact Online, en werkt vlot met Excel
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands of Frans, met een goede kennis van het Engels
  • Je diploma is minder belangrijk dan je attitude en leergierigheid: je durft in de details te duiken, processen te herdenken en stap voor stap te verbeteren
  • Je combineert pragmatisme met structuur: je pakt snelle overwinningen mee, maar bouwt ook aan oplossingen die op lange termijn standhouden
