Wij zijn op zoek naar een 'Accounting & Tax Compliance Officer' om ons team te versterken.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Boekhouding & maandafsluiting: Verzorg de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluiting, bereken de maandelijkse accruals, stem de salarisadministratie af en controleer de balans.
  • Belastingsnaleving: Houd toezicht op de aangifte en betaling van directe en indirecte belastingen conform de lokale wetgeving en interne procedures.
  • Contactpersoon voor stakeholders & audits: Fungeer als primair financieel aanspreekpunt voor externe/interne audits, SOX-compliance, lokale autoriteiten en corporate teams.
  • Samenwerking met SSC en Risicobeheer: Werk nauw samen met ons Shared Services Centre in India en bied essentiële ondersteuning aan de Senior Risk & Compliance Manager Benelux of andere.
  • Business partnering: Mogelijkheid om bredere taken op het gebied van business finance en rapportage op te pakken, afhankelijk van uw prestaties en interesse.

Dit profiel zoeken we:

  • Opleiding en ervaring: Bachelor- of masterdiploma in financiën/accountancy met minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Technische vaardigheden: Sterk analytisch denkvermogen met een drive voor procesautomatisering en oog voor detail. Ervaring met SAP, Qlikview of OneStream is een pré.
  • Talen: Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; extra Europese talen zijn een pluspunt.
  • Ingesteldheid: Proactief, flexibel in een snel veranderende omgeving (situaties, rollen en geografische locaties), vastberaden en stressbestendig om strakke deadlines te halen en leergierig om processen continu te verbeteren.
