Onze aanpak Over Kayak 28 september 2026 Solliciteer Wat ga je doen? Klant en relatie: je bent in contact met zorginstellingen (ziekenhuizen, VVT, GGZ). In het begin besteed je veel tijd aan het opbouwen van je eigen portfolio: nieuwe business vanuit warme en koude contacten, waarbij je ondersteuning krijgt van onze marketingafdeling. Zodra je portfolio staat, komt daar het beheren en uitbouwen van die klantrelaties bij: aanwezig zijn, afspraken nakomen en kansen signaleren voordat de klant erom vraagt. Recruitment en matching: voor de vacatures binnen je eigen portfolio zoek, spreek en match je zelf kandidaten, in nauwe samenwerking met het recruitmentteam. Zo ben je net zo dicht op de kandidaat als op de klant, en weet je precies wie waar past. Je verdiept je in de zorgsector, zodat je gesprekken kunt voeren op een hoger niveau: over capaciteit, ontwikkeling en duurzame inzet, niet alleen over de vacature van dit moment. Wie ben jij? Je bent commercieel ingesteld, ziet kansen en wacht niet tot ze zich aandienen. Je hebt ervaring in accountmanagement en recruitment, en affiniteit met beide vakgebieden. Zorgervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Je werkt zelfstandig en schakelt moeiteloos tussen een gesprek met een klant en een kandidaat. Ontwikkel jezelf met Live your potential Naast een uitdagende opdracht krijg je bij Kayak ook de middelen om te blijven groeien. Denk aan een coachingbudget van €1.000 en een opleidingsbudget van €1.500 per jaar via de Kayak Academy. Dat is onderdeel van ons ontwikkelprogramma, Live your potential.
