Samen met jouw collega's vormen jullie het HR Office payrollteam. Dit onmisbare team staat in voor de volledige personeels- en loonadministratie. HR is strategische partner bij Aquafin die de toekomst van de organisatie mee vorm geeft. Hoe we teams versterken, collega's begeleiden, de juiste mensen aantrekken én hen laten groeien tot de beste versie van zichzelf: dat is waar het om draait en cruciaal voor de toekomst van onze organisatie. We werken met eBlox, SuccessFactors en hebben ook SAP S/4 geïmplementeerd. Dankzij jullie expertise kunnen jullie onze medewerkers ontzorgen en hen laten focussen op hun job. Zodat zij, en jij dus ook, kunnen werken aan propere waterlopen en een leefomgeving in harmonie met water.

Als Payroll Officer zorg je voor een correcte en tijdige loonverwerking van onze 1300 medewerkers en beheer je het HR-pakket met betrekking tot arbeidsovereenkomsten, verzekeringen, afwezigheden, vakantie, extralegale voordelen, schorsingen, masterdata van onze medewerkers, … Je werkt met rapporten en je analyseert gegevens van personeelsdata. Je durft zaken kritisch in vraag stellen en doet verbetervoorstellen om de gebruikte systemen en processen te optimaliseren. Je zorgt voor opleiding en ondersteuning van HR-collega's en managers over payrollprocessen. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan HR-projecten zoals het implementeren en beheren van HR-systemen, veranderingstrajecten en rewardprojecten. Kortom, dankzij jouw brede kijk op HR bouw je mee aan een future proof Aquafin en een modern HR-beleid.

  • Je hebt het denkniveau en zelfstandigheid van een bachelor aangevuld met minstens 3 jaar ervaring in payroll en HR-administratie.
  • Je kent de sociale wetgeving goed en weet die praktisch toe te passen. Ervaring met SuccesFactors, SAP HR en eBlox is een plus.
  • Je bent digitaal sterk, hebt bewezen affiniteit met cijfers en IT-tools en werkt vlot met Microsoft 365 toepassingen.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en discretie typeren jouw manier van werken.
  • Je kan dankzij jouw sociaaljuridische expertise klantgericht adviseren.
  • Je bent flexibel en past je gemakkelijk aan aan vernieuwing en verandering.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en helpt en informeert anderen met plezier.
  • Je kijkt verder dan je eigen domein en werkt graag mee aan bredere HR-projecten die Aquafin vooruit helpen.
