Ter uitbereiding van ons team zijn we opzoek naar een Accountmanager voor onze vestiging in Hazerswoude-Dorp. Geen keiharde sales rol, maar wel commercieel. In deze rol ben jij hét gezicht van onze organisatie richting nieuwe en bestaande klanten. Jouw focus? Het werven van nieuwe klanten, het onderhouden van relaties en het adviseren over onze diensten. AB Zuid-Holland is voornamelijk actief in de tuinbouw, het groen, de productie en logistiek. Jij speelt een sleutelrol in het verbinden van mensen en bedrijven binnen deze branches. Je helpt klanten met het vinden van goed personeel en begeleid sollicitanten naar een nieuwe baan! Je weet hoe je langdurige relaties opbouwt en speelt in op ontwikkelingen in de markt. Daarnaast ben je actief bezig met New Business. Wij zijn hard bezig ons het huidige klantenbestand verder te ontwikkelen.

Je werkt vanuit kantoor waar je bezig bent met administratie, maar gaat ook veel op pad naar klanten en medewerkers. Daarnaast ben je de leidinggevende van uitzendkrachten. Je helpt de uitzendkrachten met vragen over bijvoorbeeld contracten, salaris en verzuim. Ook ga je regelmatig langs bij de bedrijven, soms omdat er iets aan de hand is, maar soms ook om gewoon even bij te praten! Je komt terecht in een team van andere Accountmanagers die verdeeld werken over onze 4 vestigingen in Zuid-Holland. De sfeer op de werkvloer is informeel, er wordt veel gelachen, regelmatig een potje gedart en in de pauzes Yahtzee gespeeld!
