Jij brengt hun behoefte in kaart, laat zien wat we voor hen kunnen betekenen en zorgt ervoor dat een eerste gesprek uitgroeit tot een nieuwe klant. Als Accountmanager ben jij degene die deze kansen ziet, het gesprek aangaat en de relatie verder uitbouwt. Wat mag je van ons verwachten? - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 3.000,- en € 4.000,- op fulltime basis; - Een aantrekkelijke bonusregeling bovenop je vast salaris; - 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en een pensioenregeling; - Een leaseauto, laptop en telefoon van de zaak; - Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling, goede begeleiding en een informeel team waar hard werken en plezier hand in hand gaan. - Ons kantoor in Rotterdam als uitvalsbasis, gecombineerd met de vrijheid van hybride werken en klantbezoeken door heel Nederland. Wat ga je doen? Als Accountmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het commerciële traject van eerste contact tot duurzame klantrelatie. - Je volgt warme leads op, belt actief potentiële klanten en weet zelf nieuwe commerciële kansen te creëren; - Tijdens gesprekken ontdek je waar een ondernemer tegenaan loopt op het gebied van personeel en werkgeverschap. Je vraagt door en weet snel tot de kern te komen; - Je vertaalt de behoefte van de klant naar een passend voorstel en legt helder uit hoe For The People kan helpen; - Een nieuwe klant binnenhalen is het begin. Je blijft betrokken, onderhoudt het contact en bouwt de samenwerking verder uit; - Beurzen, netwerkbijeenkomsten en andere momenten waarop je ondernemers ontmoet, zie jij als kansen om nieuwe contacten te leggen; - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen For The People en deelt signalen uit de markt, klantvragen en commerciële kansen.
