Als accountmanager ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten. Je adviseert ze op het gebied van bewortelings- en groeimedia en substraat, biedt (teelt)technische ondersteuning met de expertise die we als bedrijf in huis hebben en bouwt aan duurzame relaties. Werkzaamheden Als accountmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van jouw klantenportfolio. Je werkt aan het onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantrelaties, zowel op nationaal als internationaal niveau. Je adviseert jouw klanten op het gebied van bewortelings- en groeimedia en denkt mee over oplossingen op maat. Je bent op de hoogte van wat er speelt in de markt, signaleert en weet in te spelen op commerciële kansen. Je bent onderdeel van ons salesteam en rapporteert aan jouw area manager. Wij werken met targets en commerciële doelstellingen die je samen jaarlijks vastlegt in een verkoopplan. Je werkt samen met verschillende teams binnen de organisatie. Denk aan bijvoorbeeld onze backoff ice en de afdelingen Kwaliteit en Research & Development. Samen werk je constant aan het optimaliseren van de service naar onze klanten door klantbehoeft en te analyseren en passende oplossingen te bieden. Je vertegenwoordigt Van der Knaap Groep op (inter)nationale beurzen en evenementen en bent als accountmanager een ambassadeur van onze organisatie. Je start in Nederland, maar na jouw inwerkperiode kun je, in overleg, ook internationaal aan de slag. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om te werken vanuit onze kantoren in Kwintsheul, Aalsmeer of Grubbenvorst. Wij vragen Wie ben jij...
