De functie inhoud Hoe ziet je takenpakket eruit als accountmanager?

  • Op nationaal niveau ontwikkel en beheer je klantenrelaties.
  • Klantendossiers volg je op van A tot Z, je bent het visitekaartje van ons bedrijf.
  • Onderhandelingen voeren met klanten omtrent distributie, promoties, prijs, enz.
  • Samen met het marketingteam bepaal je actie- en promotieplannen.
  • Je bent de specialist omtrent het gamma en de diensten, je streeft naar lange termijn relaties met de klanten.
  • Intern sta je in contact met het sales team om de optimale klantenservice te bieden.
