Wir suchen ab November 2026 eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit für ein 6-monatiges Praktikum. Unser attraktiver Standort im ISG Headquarter befindet sich im Herzen Wiens im Palais Ephrussi im 1. Bezirk mitten in einem lebendigen Umfeld mit Universitäten, Parks, Shops sowie zahlreichen Veranstaltungs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Durch unsere Devise "Training on the job" hast Du die Möglichkeit, im Rahmen des Praktikums folgende Abläufe kennenzulernen:

- Suche nach geeigneten KandidatInnen in diversen Datenbanken und Social Media Plattformen - BewerberInnenmanagement inkl. Vorselektion - Begleitung bei persönlichen Interviews & Teilnahme an Online-Interviews - Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Stellenprofilen und Gestaltung von Jobinseraten - Active Sourcing und Ansprache von KandidatInnen - Verfassen von KandidatInnenberichten - Organisatorische sowie administrative Tätigkeiten

Für dieses Praktikum sind folgende Qualifikationen hilfreich:

- Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Human Resources, Wirtschaft, Psychologie oder ähnliches - Begeisterung für Themen im Bereich Human Resource Management und Recruiting - Sicherer Umgang mit IT & Social Media - Neugierde und die Bereitschaft sich in verschiedene Rollen und Positionen einzuarbeiten - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse - Engagierte und offene Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
