Als Accountmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en uitbouwen van je eigen klantenportefeuille. Je ontwikkelt relaties, signaleert kansen en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar concrete oplossingen. Je bent van begin tot eindverantwoordelijk: van acquisitie en advies tot het sluiten van deals en het borgen van afspraken. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en adviseert hen over compliance van gebouwgebonden installaties binnen woning-, zorg- en utiliteitsvastgoed. Je weet vraagstukken te vertalen naar heldere voorstellen en zorgt voor een sterke positionering van onze dienstverlening. Na het sluiten van een overeenkomst blijf je betrokken en stuur je actief op voortgang, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid. Je zorgt voor een strakke overdracht richting de operatie en blijft gedurende de looptijd van contracten betrokken als regisseur aan de commerciële kant. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren, ontwikkelen en uitbreiden van een eigen klantenportefeuille - Actief genereren van new business en vergroten van omzet bij bestaande klanten - Inplannen, voorbereiden en uitvoeren van klantbezoeken - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en commerciële voorstellen - Onderhandelen en sluiten van contracten - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en marktontwikkelingen - Bewaken van contractafspraken, SLA's en commerciële resultaten - Regie voeren op klanttrajecten en afstemming met interne teams - Beheren van CRM, rapportages en commerciële documentatie Wat breng jij mee: - MBO+/HBO werk- ...
