Solliciteer nu en bouw mee aan de toekomst van mobiliteit bij Arval! Dit ga je doen Als Accountmanager B2B ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor onze middelgrote zakelijke klanten. Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact en zorgt ervoor dat hun wagenpark optimaal beheerd wordt. Jij schakelt moeiteloos tussen diverse klanten en lease-regelingen en houdt overzicht over de vele acties die opgevolgd moeten worden. Jouw doel is om de klanttevredenheid te vergroten en ervoor te zorgen dat het leaseaandeel bij deze klanten groeit. Dankzij jouw proactieve aanpak signaleer je verbeterpunten en grijp je kansen voor verduurzaming of slimme mobiliteitsoplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen Arval BNP Paribas om ervoor te zorgen dat iedere klant de aandacht en service krijgt die ze verdienen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Relatiebeheer: onderhouden van regelmatig contact en bouwen aan langdurige samenwerkingen; - Het ondersteunen van klanten bij mobiliteitsbehoeften en het vergroten van het aandeel leaseauto's door hen te adviseren en ondersteunen; - Zorgen voor een soepel administratief proces en nauwkeurig opvolgen van offertes, orders, expiraties en acties; - Snel schakelen tussen verschillende klanten, contracten en vraagstukken; - Proactief meedenken over duurzame oplossingen en markttrends die interessant kunnen zij...
