Dan ben jij de ideale kandidaat voor ons! Bij onze vestiging in Breda zijn wij opzoek naar een accountmanager. Over Monta Monta is hét e-commerce bedrijf dat de logistiek voor ruim 2.000 webwinkels verzorgt. We werken vanuit 17 zelfstandige e-commerce warehouses en zorgen wereldwijd voor de verwerking en bezorging van orders van haar klanten. Voel jij je thuis binnen een dynamische logistieke omgeving en zet jij onze klanten op nummer 1? Wat ga je doen? In de rol van Accountmanager ben jij het gezicht van Monta voor onze klanten. Je onderhoudt contact met webshops via telefoon en e-mail en helpt hen bij vragen over voorraad en logistieke processen. Daarnaast bied je strategisch advies om de groei van onze klanten te bevorderen. Samen met de klant denk je proactief na over oplossingen en verbeteringen, terwijl je ook intern processen optimaliseert. Tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden behoren onder meer: - Adviseren van klanten over logistieke kansen en oplossingen; - Organiseren van transport voor grote orders en het uitzoeken van internationale tarieven; - Inspelen op piekmomenten, zoals tijdens Black Friday, en zorgen dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Kortom: jouw expertise zorgt ervoor dat klanten zorgeloos hun webshop kunnen runnen, terwijl jij bijdraagt aan het succes van onze vestiging. Als accountmanager binnendienst bij Monta ga je geen nieuwe klanten binnenhalen of acquireren. In deze functie bouw je aan de relatie met bestaande klanten, fungeer je als adviseur en lever je de service die onze klanten van ons gewend zijn! Wie ben jij?
