Voor onze klant actief in de bouwsector zijn we op zoek naar een echte hunter, iemand die energie krijgt van het afsluiten van contracten maar wel nog steeds met het oog op een duurzame relatie met de klanten op te bouwen binnen onze regio Vlaams-Brabant | Waals-Brabant & Brussel.

Het bedrijf heeft een mooie expertise in siliconen en lijmen voor de professionele bouwsector. Ze ontwikkelen, produceren en commercialiseren een kwalitatief gamma aan siliconen en lijmen. Je komt terecht in een stabiele organisatie met een duidelijke focus op kwaliteit, klantenservice & langdurige partnerships.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als accountmanager ben jij het gezicht van het bedrijf binnen de aangegeven regio. Je gaat op zoek naar nieuwe klanten terwijl je de reeds bestaande blijft onderhouden.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Actief gaan prospecteren en nieuwe deuren openen binnen het B2B-segment.
  • Het volledige gamma verkopen en bestaande klanten verder gaan uitbouwen via een goed evenwicht in hunting & farming.
  • Adviseren van onze klanten vanuit hun specifieke noden binnen de winkel of distributie en beantwoorden met het juiste product of advies.
  • Onderhouden en opvolgen van het CRM- systeem binnen de klanten en prospecten.
  • Je volgt bij de reeds bestaande klanten hun tevredenheid over het gamma en diensten op en houdt dit bij in het CRM-systeem.
  • Organiseren van opleidingen en productdemo's aan onze klanten.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Sales Manager Benelux.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een gedreven profiel dat energie haalt uit het hunten maar ook graag de farming erbij neemt.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een commerciële functie.
  • Sterke affiniteit met de bouwsector of bouwtechnische producten.
  • Frans & Nederlands zijn voor jou geen probleem.
  • Combineren van je commerciële huntersmentaliteit met een onderhandelingsmindset.
  • Beschikken over een rijbewijs B.

Verder werk je goed zelfstandig en georganiseerd.
