Als accountmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aanbieden van de juiste oplossingen, diensten en producten aan residentiële professionele klanten met als doel het marktaandeel te vergroten.

Jouw takenpakket als accountmanager:

  • Bezoeken van professionele klanten om jouw klantenportefeuille te behouden en uit te breiden
  • Zaken opsporen en de behoeften van klanten analyseren
  • Offertes opstellen in samenwerking met de winkel en leveranciers
  • Voorstellen van passende en innovatieve oplossingen en afsluiten van deals
  • Opvolgen van jouw acties in samenwerking met de winkel (opvolgen van offertes, bezoekrapporten, CRM...)
  • Realiseren van omzet- en margedoelstellingen
  • Uitbreiden van jouw klantenportefeuille door nieuwe klanten te prospecteren en de commerciële aanbieding te promoten via diverse commerciële acties en diensten (logistiek, e-commerce)

De gezochte accountmanager:

  • Beschikt over de nodige kennis van elektriciteit
  • Heeft ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstfunctie (verkoop aan professionals)
  • Beschikt over een uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands
  • Heeft een sterk commercieel inzicht, met de vaardigheid om ontwikkelingskansen te identificeren en doelstellingen te behalen
  • Is georganiseerd, dynamisch, volhardend, proactief en in staat om een uitgebreide klantenportefeuille te beheren
  • Werkt vlot samen met collega's en partners om de samenwerking te bevorderen
  • Heeft het vermogen om in een complexe technische omgeving te werken, de behoeften van de installateurs-klanten te begrijpen en hierop in te spelen
  • Is sociaal vaardig en servicegericht
