Zij zorgen er namelijk voor dat de juiste, verse producten in de schappen liggen bij grote retailers, in Nederland én daarbuiten. Je komt terecht op een strak ingericht kantoor in Alphen aan den Rijn. Geen corporate bedrijf, maar een bedrijf waar iedereen elkaar kent. Je komt in een hecht commercieel team van zes mensen. Overzichtelijk, snel schakelen, en genoeg ruimte om zelf echt verschil te maken. De sfeer is recht voor z'n raap. Er wordt gelachen, soms hard ook, lijnen zijn kort en iedereen zegt waar het op staat. En ja, uiteindelijk telt gewoon het resultaat. De functie: - Je onderhoudt drie tot vier grote retailaccounts. En ja, dat zijn namen die ertoe doen. Daar bouw je aan relaties die verder gaan dan "even bellen hoe het gaat". Soms ben je sparringpartner, soms degene die de boel een zetje moet geven als het stroperig wordt. - Je ziet kansen voordat ze op tafel liggen. zomer-seizoen, nieuwe foodtrends, verschuivingen in de markt… jij vertaalt dat naar concrete ideeën waar klanten echt iets mee kunnen. - Ondertussen draag jij het proces van a tot z. Je schakelt met marketing, supply chain, productie… Jij zorgt dat het plan wordt gedragen en wordt gerealiseerd. - Daarnaast werk je data-gedreven. Je analyseert cijfers, haalt inzichten naar boven en vertaalt die naar acties waar zowel de klant als de organisatie beter van wordt. - Je zit regelmatig bij ...
