Organisaties zoeken slimme manieren om personeel te ontlasten, bezoekers beter te helpen en processen te automatiseren. Prestop ontwikkelt, ontwerpt en assembleert vrijwel alles in eigen huis. Van bestelzuilen en aanmeldkiosken tot wayfinding, interactieve touchtafels en Conversational AI Avatars. Als Accountmanager Interactive Solutions help jij organisaties om hun dienstverlening slimmer, toegankelijker en toekomstbestendiger te maken. Je verkoopt geen producten. Je lost vraagstukken op. Een klant vraagt niet om een kiosk. Hij wil kortere wachtrijen. Meer omzet. Minder druk op medewerkers. Een betere customer experience. Jij ontdekt de vraag achter de vraag en vertaalt die. Samen met engineers, designers en develoeprs naar een oplossing die echt werkt. Veel accountmanagers brengen hun week door op de snelweg. Klanten bezoeken. Bij Prestop werkt dat anders. Klanten komen naar ons Interactive Experience Center in Son om oplossingen te ervaren, specialisten te ontmoeten en ideeën uit te werken. Daardoor voer je inhoudelijke gesprekken en bouw je langdurige relaties op. Natuurlijk bezoek je ook klanten en internationale beurzen, maar de meeste commerciële trajecten starten gewoon hier. Wat ga je doen? - Je bouwt bestaande klantrelaties verder uit en ontwikkelt nieuwe business. - Je adviseert organisaties over interactieve oplossingen. - Je ontvangt klanten en verzorgt inspirerende demo's in het Experience Center. - Je werkt nauw samen met engineers, designers en product owners. - Je vertegenwoordigt Prestop op nationale en internationale vakbeurzen. Wie ben jij? - Je hoeft geen ervaring te hebben met kiosken. Wel met het verkopen van technische oplossingen. - Je hebt ervaring met complexe B2B-sales, bijvoorbeeld software, AV, digital signage, automatisering of vergelijkbare oplossingen. - Je bent nieuwsgierig en achterh...
