Het bedrijf heeft meer dan 25 jaar ervaring in het analyseren, diagnosticeren en oplossen van bouwproblematieken. De focus ligt daarbij op vochtbestrijding, gevelwerken en houtwormbestrijding. Bouwen, beschermen, behouden dat is waar Solusio elke dag voor staat.

Solusio is een bedrijf in beweging. Hands-on, direct in communicatie en gedreven door een team dat vooruit wil.Deze ambitieuze topper in volle expansie is op zoek naar een gedreven: SALES TALENT voor REGIO ANTWERPEN.

Vanuit jouw affiniteit met de bouwsector neem je een ‘trekkende’ commerciële rol op voor het bedrijf en meer bepaald over de verschillende bedrijven heen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bouwt een eigen klantenportefeuille en netwerk uit in de regio Antwerpen, onder andere op basis van leads die je dagelijks aangereikt krijgt.
  • Je bezoekt voornamelijk particuliere klanten met een vochtprobleem, en op termijn ook een netwerk van architecten.
  • Ter plaatse stel je een grondige diagnose.
  • Op basis daarvan maak je een offerte - ter plaatse of nadien - en zorg jij ervoor dat de klant overgaat tot bestelling.
  • Eens de opdracht start, neemt de binnendienst van Solusio de rol van eerste aanspreekpunt over en zorgt die voor de nauwkeurige uitvoering, zo blijf jij vrij om de baan op te gaan. Jij blijft uiteraard bereikbaar en toegankelijk voor je klant en volgt alles mee op via Pipedrive (CRM).
  • Je maakt deel uit van het salesteam van Solusio: 9 collega's, elk verantwoordelijk voor hun eigen divisie en regio. Je rapporteert aan de Sales Manager en overlegt geregeld met je collega's.
  • Avondwerk hoort erbij (gemiddeld 1x per week): in ruil daarvoor bepaal je grotendeels zelf hoe je je week indeelt.
