Wat ga je doen? In deze fulltime functie als Accountmanager Retail ben je de verbindende factor tussen verschillende winkels en de organisatie van het winkelcentrum in Halfweg. Je onderhoudt contact met winkelverantwoordelijken en andere zakelijke relaties en bespreekt met hen hoe commerciële resultaten verder kunnen worden ontwikkeld. Je bent regelmatig op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen binnen de verschillende vestigingen en pakt actiepunten actief op. Je begeleidt onder andere veranderingen rondom winkelopeningen, renovaties en andere operationele trajecten. Daarnaast werk je samen met retailers aan promotionele activiteiten en gezamenlijke initiatieven. Met behulp van verkoopcijfers, bezoekersdata en andere inzichten breng je verbeterkansen in kaart. Ook ondersteun je bij het opzetten van bijeenkomsten, trainingen en kwaliteitscontroles. Je verwerkt de uitkomsten hiervan in rapportages en analyses en levert input voor financiële plannen en commerciële doelstellingen. Verder bewaak je dat winkels werken volgens de geldende afspraken rondom kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne. Wat verwachten we van je? Je brengt minimaal 4 tot 6 jaar ervaring mee binnen de retail, bijvoorbeeld als leidinggevende of in een functie waarbij je verantwoordelijk was voor meerdere winkels. Je weet hoe een winkelorganisatie functioneert en bent vertrouwd met commerciële kengetallen en het analyseren van prestaties. Je bent iemand die makkelijk contact legt en verschillende partijen met elkaar weet te verbinden.
