Voor een groeiende en ambitieuze organisatie, gespecialiseerd in exclusieve appartementen en kwalitatieve vastgoedprojecten in het buitenland, is Talentboxx op zoek naar een Accountmanager Internationale Vastgoedprojecten.

Jouw functie

  • Als Accountmanager begeleid je potentiële kopers van het eerste contact tot de uiteindelijke aankoop. Je volgt warme leads professioneel op, maar gaat ook zelf actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Je luistert naar de wensen, verwachtingen en toekomstplannen van jouw klanten en vertaalt deze naar het vastgoedproject dat het beste bij hen past. Met jouw persoonlijke aanpak, commerciële flair en marktkennis bouw je duurzame klantenrelaties op.
  • Je begeleidt iedere klant zorgvuldig doorheen het volledige aankoopproces en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met je collega’s en lokale partners in het buitenland.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Je volgt binnenkomende leads snel en professioneel op.

Je prospecteert actief en benadert potentiële klanten telefonisch en digitaal.

Je plant en voert persoonlijke advies- en verkoopgesprekken.

Je brengt de wensen, verwachtingen en investeringsdoelstellingen van klanten in kaart.

Je adviseert klanten over exclusieve appartementen en vastgoedprojecten in het buitenland.

Je begeleidt klanten tijdens het volledige commerciële en administratieve aankoopproces.

Je stelt vastgoedprojecten op een aantrekkelijke en overtuigende manier voor.

Je bouwt langdurige vertrouwensrelaties op met klanten.

Je volgt offertes, reservaties en verkoopdossiers nauwkeurig

Wie zoeken we?

Je beschikt over aantoonbare commerciële ervaring of saleservaring.

Ervaring binnen vastgoed is een sterke troef, maar geen absolute vereiste.

Je bent een geboren verkoper en haalt energie uit het behalen van resultaten.

Je bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwen op en investeert graag in langdurige klantenrelaties.

Je bent sterk in zowel het opvolgen van warme leads als actieve prospectie.

Je luistert goed en kunt de wensen van klanten vertalen naar een passend vastgoedproject.

Je bent zelfstandig, ondernemend en neemt graag initiatief.

Je communiceert klantgericht, professioneel en overtuigend.

Je bent flexibel en denkt oplossingsgericht mee met de klant.

Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.

Kennis van het Frans is een mooie plus.

Je werkt administratief nauwkeurig en bent organisatorisch sterk.

Ervaring met CRM-systemen is een pluspunt.

Je bent bereid om je verder te verdiepen in de internationale vastgoedmarkt.
