Als accountmanager bij Boels Site Accommodation in Wallonië ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het uitbreiden van onze klantportefeuille in de regio. Jij bouwt relaties op, herkent commerciële kansen en zorgt ervoor dat Boels steeds sterker gepositioneerd is in de markt.

Dit ga je doen

Boels Site Accommodation is specialist in tijdelijke en modulaire huisvestingsoplossingen. Wij leveren op maat gemaakte units voor opdrachtgevers in uiteenlopende sectoren zoals de bouw, industrie, zorg, onderwijs en evenementen. Denk aan kantoorruimtes, schaftketen, sanitaire voorzieningen of complete projectlocaties – volledig ingericht, aangesloten en afgestemd op de wensen van de klant. Onze units worden voorbereid op één van onze depots en vervolgens op locatie geplaatst, waar we zorgen voor een snelle, veilige en efficiënte oplevering.

Als Accountmanager in de regio Wallonië ben jij hét gezicht van Boels Site Accommodation voor onze klanten in jouw werkgebied. Je bezoekt klanten op locaties en vertaalt de wensen en behoeften naar passende huisvestingsoplossingen. Je stelt offertes op en voert onderhandelingen. Samen met je operationele collega’s maak je een plan van aanpak voor de plaatsing van de door jouw geboden oplossing. Van offerte tot plaatsing van de units ben en blijf je betrokken en verantwoordelijk. Je doet het niet alleen. Je bent onderdeel van een groot team aan professionals waar dagelijks mee samen werkt.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Actief zichtbaar zijn in de regio en commerciële kansen omzetten in duurzame samenwerkingen
  • Klantrelaties beheren en uitbreiden in Wallonië
  • Samenwerken met andere divisies om totaaloplossingen te realiseren
  • Klantbehoeften vertalen naar offertes en deze commercieel opvolgen
  • Adviseren over modulaire huisvestingsoplossingen en aanvullende Boels-services
  • Projectlocaties beoordelen op ondergrond, transportmogelijkheden en functioneel gebruik

Wat breng jij mee?

Jij bent een echte winnaar die wil scoren, die commerciële kansen weet te benutten en langdurige relaties opbouwt. Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en kunt je goed uitdrukken in Nederlands. Verder heb je:

  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in project- of accountmanagement, bij voorkeur binnen de bouw, industrie of technische dienstverlening
  • Het talent om makkelijk contact te leggen en een sterk netwerk op te bouwen
  • Ervaring met Microsoft-toepassingen en het vermogen om nieuwe software snel eigen te maken
  • Een gestructureerde en zelfstandige werkstijl, waarbij je prioriteiten stelt om je doelen te behalen
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Franse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
