Jij zorgt voor een vlekkeloze afstemming van forecasts, orderprocessen en productieplanning. Dankzij jouw proactieve houding en uitstekende (met name Engelse) communicatieve vaardigheden bouw je sterke relaties op met onze klanten en ondersteun je hen op strategisch niveau. Een aantal van jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Je bouwt en onderhoudt sterke relaties met je klanten, waarbij je hun volledige portfolio beheert en de supply chain van begin tot eind opvolgt. - Je volgt forecasts en productie orders actief op en werkt hierbij nauw samen met onze afdelingen Procurement en Planning om optimale leverbetrouwbaarheid te waarborgen. - Je stelt overzichtelijke order-rapportages op en communiceert deze helder en tijdig met je klanten. - Zorgdragen voor documentatie en coördinatie van transportplanning. - Direct contact met de Quality afdeling voor het opvolgen van vrijgave van de producten voor de (inter-)nationale markten. - Periodiek relatiebeheer en afstemming met interne en externe klanten via Microsoft Teams en e-mail. - Samenwerken met onze afdeling Projects & Transfers voor nieuwe businessontwikkelingen. - Opvolgen en rapporteren van KPI's (OTIF, sales, Backlog) Dit ben jij Jij bent een klantgerichte professional met een scherp oog voor detail en een passie voor het managen van complexe processen.
