​ ​Wat ga je doen?​

Je maakt deel uit van ons activiteitenteam binnen cluster 3. Samen met je collega's bouw je mee aan een nieuw project voor (jong)volwassenen van 15 tot 25 jaar met autisme en/of een verstandelijke beperking. Je krijgt de kans om van bij de start mee vorm te geven aan deze nieuwe activiteitenwerking. Daarnaast ondersteun je onze bestaande werkingen ASSWeGo! en Buitensporig. Ook kan je mee instaan voor de begeleiding van vakanties voor onze cliënten.

  • Je organiseert, begeleidt en evalueert activiteiten op maat van de deelnemers.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte praktische voorbereiding van activiteiten, zoals materiaal, locaties en vervoer.
  • Je ondersteunt deelnemers in hun sociale contacten en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
  • Je creëert een warme, veilige en positieve groepssfeer en gaat constructief om met spanningen of conflicten.
  • Je stemt je aanpak af op de noden van de deelnemers en denkt mee na over passende oplossingen wanneer nodig.
  • Je overlegt regelmatig met collega's over de begeleiding, wensen en groeikansen van cliënten.
  • Je werkt samen met lokale partners en andere organisaties en bouwt mee aan verbindende initiatieven in de buurt (waar mogelijk).

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent een enthousiaste en betrokken collega die graag werkt met jongeren met autisme en/of een verstandelijke beperking.
  • Je haalt energie uit het opzetten van nieuwe initiatieven en denkt graag mee over de uitbouw van een werking. Je geeft de nieuwe werking zowel inhoudelijk (missie, visie, methodes, …) als praktisch samen met je collega(‘s) vorm.
  • Je bent creatief en durft buiten de bestaande kaders te denken.
  • Je weet een veilige en positieve sfeer te creëren.
  • Je bent een teamspeler en gelooft in de kracht van samenwerking.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en begeleidt soms een (kleine) groep alleen.
  • Je hebt een open, respectvolle en warme basishouding.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Je hebt een graduaat – of bachelorsdiploma in orthopedagogie, sociaal-cultureel werk, ergotherapie of een gelijkwaardige richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring met de doelgroep en het begeleiden van groepen.
  • Je bent flexibel naar avond – en weekendwerk (in functie van activiteiten) en bereid om indien nodig meerdaagse uitstappen of reizen te begeleiden.
  • Je bent beschikbaar tijdens de schoolvakanties.
  • Je bezit een geldig rijbewijs B en je bent bereid om met een mini-busje (8+1) te rijden.
