Als adjunct hoofdverpleegkundige ben je de rechterhand van de hoofdverpleegkundige en een echte spilfiguur binnen de dienst medische beeldvorming. Je combineert organisatie, coaching en zorginhoudelijke expertise.

Organisatie & coördinatie

  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte werking van de dienst over meerdere campussen
  • Je bewaakt de personeelsplanning, werkverdeling en continuïteit van zorg
  • Je anticipeert op knelpunten en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je volgt agenda’s, bestaffing en operationele processen actief op

Kwaliteit & patiëntveiligheid

  • Je bewaakt en optimaliseert de kwaliteit van zorg en processen
  • Je werkt actief mee aan protocollen, verbeterprojecten en innovatie
  • Je ziet toe op patiëntveiligheid, hygiëne, privacy en correcte rapportage
  • Je behandelt klachten en vertaalt deze naar verbeteracties

Coaching & teamontwikkeling

  • Je coacht en ondersteunt verpleegkundigen, technologen en andere medewerkers
  • Je stimuleert teamwork, betrokkenheid en professionele groei
  • Je organiseert overlegmomenten en draagt bij aan vorming en rekrutering

Zorg en expertise

  • Je blijft betrokken bij de zorgverlening en technische processen binnen medische beeldvorming
  • Je begeleidt patiënten en biedt psychosociale ondersteuning waar nodig
  • Je beschikt over een diploma bachelor verpleegkunde of technoloog Medische beeldvorming, met geldig visum
  • Je hebt bijkomende een diploma Zorgmanagement
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen medische beeldvorming en inzicht in technische aspecten
  • Een leidinggevende opleiding of ambitie in die richting is een grote plus
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet mensen mee te nemen in verandering
  • Je combineert mensgerichtheid, initiatief en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Je blijft professioneel, ook in drukke of complexe situaties
