Wir wünschen uns Kandidaten oder Kandidatinnen, die im oben genannten Vertriebsgebiet zu Hause sind. Deine Office-Tätigkeiten erledigst Du somit von zu Hause aus. Deine hohe Reisetätigkeit bei unseren bestehenden und neuen Kunden wird durch quartalsweise Reisen an unseren Unternehmens-Standort in Neumünster ergänzt.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Betreuung und Beratung bestehender Kunden - Erschließung nationaler Marktpotenziale / Neukundenakquise - Entwicklung, Abstimmung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien - Kaufmännische und technische Projektbearbeitung und -verfolgung - Konditions-/Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen im Rahmen der Entscheidungskompetenz - Reklamationsbearbeitung bzw. -weiterleitung - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebs-Innendienst und der technischen Abteilung

Deine Qualifikationen:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung - Fundierte Berufserfahrungen im Verkauf technisch erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte - Vertriebs- und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit - Strukturierte und systematische Arbeitsweise - Unternehmerisches Handeln & Denken - Ehrgeiz und Verhandlungsgeschick - sicherer Umgang mit moderner EDV-Technik, ERP- und CRM-Systemen - Führerschein Klasse B
