Für unseren FALKE Store am Standort Flughafen Wien (Neueröffnung) suchen wir zur Unterstützung unseres Verkaufsteams einen stellvertretenden Storemanager (m/w/d) ab dem 01.02.2027.

IHRE AUFGABE:

Als Stellvertretender Storemanager (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie das Storemanagement bei der täglichen Geschäftsführung und Organisation des Stores. Sie stellen sicher, dass ein exzellenter Kundenservice geboten wird und die Waren ansprechend präsentiert werden. Zudem tragen Sie Mitverantwortung für die Erreichung der Umsatzziele und die Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien. Sie führen und motivieren das Verkaufsteam, unterstützen bei der Personaleinsatzplanung und -entwicklung und überwachen die Lagerbestände sowie die Durchführung von Bestellungen. Darüber hinaus bearbeiten Sie Kundenanfragen und -beschwerden, um eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.

IHR PROFIL:

- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel, idealerweise im Premium Textil Bereich - Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Kunden und Serviceorientierung - Sie verfügen über Führungsstärke und Teamfähigkeit - Sie verfügen über Organisationsgeschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein - Sie sind kommunikationsstark und können sich durchsetzen - Sie sind flexibel und einsatzbereit
