  • Jij bent de centrale schakel! Je fungeert als het verbindende element tussen de productie/werkplaats - en bureau , Salesafdeling, en je beweegt je soepel tussen offertes, opdrachten en de communicatie tussen verschillende afdelingen en klant
  • De technische wereld is jouw playground! Je bouwt een uitstekende productkennis op en blijft deze continu bijwerken. Hierdoor ben je later ook in staat om vraagstukken van onze klanten aan te pakken + prijsaanvragen te behandelen en een offerte op maat aan te bieden
  • Informatie verzamelen is jouw superkracht! Je documenteert alle essentiële details voor de projecten.
  • Organiseren is key! Contact leveranciers, accountmanagers, magazijn, ... Je weet als geen ander meerdere dossiers op te volgen!
  • Aan de slag met cijfers! Je berekent en stelt prijzen vast, zowel voor standaard als niet-standaard componenten, gebaseerd op de informatie die je hebt verzameld.
  • Klachtenbeheer, meedenken aan verbeteringen, levertermijnen opvolgen,... Klopt: ook slecht nieuws weet je correct over te brengen
  • Je houdt contact met onze klanten (dealers/distributeurs) en je collega’s bij productie en logistiek en je voorziet hen van de juiste informatie.
  • Afstemmen planning met productie
  • De hele order-administratie: planning transporten, vervoersdocumenten, douane, leverbons, facturen,...
  • Bachelor diploma op zak (voorbeelden: elektromechanica, Werktuigbouwkunde, Communicatie...)
  • Ervaring binnen een technische en internationale omgeving
  • + 2 jaar ervaring richting aankoop, internal sales, customer relations...
  • Je blinkt uit in administratie + klantencontact 🎇
  • Kennis MS office , ERP
  • Talenknobbel: Ned, Eng, Fra
  • Je hebt een passie voor techniek (B2B)
  • Klantvriendelijkheid en flexibiliteit typeren jou!
