Samen met onze klant zoeken we Admin/ inside sales, customer support (ned, eng, fra!)

Belangrijk? Talenknobbel: ned/eng/fra+ ervaring binnen soortgelijke functie + min. Bachelor!

Taken?

  • Aanspreekpunt: nauw samen met collega’s van planning, productie, magazijn en customer service, inside sales
  • Snel schakelen!
  • Je ondersteunt het volledige verkoopproces en bent het aanspreekpunt voor commerciële vragen van zowel bestaande als potentiële klanten. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging, een gerichte service en tevreden klanten.
  • Rechterhand sales manager
  • Je stelt offertes op in nauw overleg met de sales engineers en manager.
  • Je staat bestaande en nieuwe klanten te woord met vragen over producten, projecten op maat en prijzen. (ned, eng , fra!)
  • Je bent een belangrijke schakel in de interne communicatie met ook andere filialen in Benelux + dochterbedrijven
  • Je zorgt met jouw nauwkeurige opvolging

Profiel

  • Min. bachelor op zak + min. 1 jaar ervaring binnen soortgelijke functie
  • Je hebt een passie voor customer relations en sales support, correcte admin en opvolging over de hele lijn
  • Het geeft je energie en voldoening om mensen te helpen en je vindt het fijn om een aanspreekpunt te zijn voor collega's
  • Communicatie draag je hoog in het vaandel
  • Je signaleert problemen tijdig, bespreekt ze open en werkt actief mee aan een haalbare oplossing.
  • Klantvriendelijkheid, flexibiliteit en langetermijnrelaties zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en doet je werk met zorgvuldigheid en voorzichtigheid
