Dankzij jouw gestructureerde manier van werken weten collega's waar ze aan toe zijn en zorg jij ervoor dat de financiële processen efficiënt en foutloos verlopen. Wat ga je doen? Voor ons groeiende installatiebedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Administrateur die zorgt voor een correcte en efficiënte financiële administratie. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse financiële processen en werk je nauw samen met de directie en collega's binnen de organisatie. Je bent iemand die overzicht houdt, kunt schakelen, flexibel handelt en zelfstandig werkt. Daarbij krijg je energie van een kloppende administratie. Wat ga je doen? Als Administrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige financiële administratie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en inboeken van inkoop en verkoopfacturen; - Beheren van de debiteuren en crediteurenadministratie; - Opstellen en verwerken van facturen; - Verwerken van bankmutaties en financiële boekingen; - Verzorgen van de btw-aangiften; - Voorbereiden van maand en jaarafsluitingen; - Signaleren van openstaande posten en onderhouden van contact met klanten en leveranciers; - Ondersteunen bij financiële rapportages en analyses; - Meedenken over het optimaliseren van administratieve processen. Je vervult deze functie zelfstandig en onderhoudt nauw contact met de Controller van de andere aangesloten BV. Wat vragen we van je?
