Jobomschrijving

  • Offertes opmaken en opvolgen
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan de zaakvoerder
  • Prestaties en afwerkingen doorgeven aan de boekhouder voor facturatie
  • Klanten telefonisch en per mail te woord staan
  • Documenten en dossiers nauwkeurig beheren
  • Je houdt onze website up-to-date
  • Planning en afspraken mee coördineren
  • Algemene administratieve taken die de dagelijkse werking ondersteunen
