Om alles achter de schermen vlot te laten verlopen, zoekt Konvert een administratief medewerker logistiek die het managementteam ondersteunt en zorgt voor orde, overzicht en continuïteit binnen het personeels- en sitebeheer van een distributiebedrijf in Bornem.

Jouw rol

In deze veelzijdige functie vorm je een onmisbare schakel binnen de organisatie. Je ondersteunt het leidinggevend team en staat in voor een brede waaier aan administratieve taken:

Personeelsadministratie & ondersteuning

  • Je staat managers bij in hun dagelijkse administratieve opvolging rond medewerkers
  • Je beheert en controleert tijdregistraties via systemen zoals Kelio en Peopulse
  • Je verwerkt personeelsdocumenten en stuurt ze correct door naar HR
  • Je verzamelt en vervolledigt aanwervingsdossiers van nieuwe medewerkers

Samenwerking & opvolging

  • Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor administratieve vragen van uitzendkantoren
  • Je voert een eerste controle uit op de facturen van uitzendkrachten
  • Je ondersteunt managers bij het invullen en interpreteren van rapporteringen en dashboards rond HR, kwaliteit en veiligheid

Administratieve ondersteuning van de site

  • Je organiseert bestellingen van kantoormateriaal en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM's)
  • Je plant en coördineert opleidingen en verzorgt de praktische organisatie op site
  • Je regelt verplaatsingen, onkosten en faciliteiten via tools zoals Expensya en Egencia
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een administratieve rol binnen logistiek, HR of een operationele context
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt analytisch en communiceert vlot en professioneel
  • Je kan zelfstandig taken opnemen, maar functioneert net zo goed binnen een team
  • Je neemt initiatief, schakelt snel en behoudt het overzicht, ook op drukke momenten
  • Digitale tools en administratieve systemen schriken jou niet af
