Onze klant is een groeiend, internationaal actief familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige loonverpakking voor de voedingsindustrie. Met een modern machinepark en een sterke focus op innovatie en duurzaamheid, verpakken zij dagelijks honderdduizenden eenheden (poeders, vloeistoffen, capsules) voor B2B-klanten wereldwijd.

Wegens aanhoudende groei zoeken wij een administratieve duizendpoot die een cruciale schakel vormt tussen de klant, de planning en de productie.

In deze veelzijdige functie beheer je het volledige traject van order-to-invoice.

Je combineert administratieve precisie met logistiek inzicht.

  • Orderbeheer: Je registreert orders in het ERP-systeem (Odoo) en volgt de status nauwgezet op, van grondstoffenaanlevering tot de uiteindelijke facturatie.
  • Planning & Coördinatie: Je stemt de productieplanning af met de interne afdelingen en leveranciers. Je bewaakt de voorraad van verpakkingsmaterialen (folies, labels) en zorgt dat deadlines worden behaald.
  • Klantcontact: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten wat betreft productspecificaties en artwork. Je zorgt dat alle afspraken voldoen aan de strikte kwaliteitsstandaarden (BRC/IFS).
  • Data-beheer: Je analyseert voorraadniveaus en processen via Google Sheets/Excel en stelt proactief verbeteringen voor.

Profiel

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor-diploma of bent een gedreven junior met de juiste mindset.
  • Affiniteit met de voedingssector of een productieomgeving is een must!
  • Je werkt vlot met ERP-software (ervaring met Odoo is een groot pluspunt) en de gangbare Office-pakketten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent een nauwkeurige planner die het overzicht bewaart in een dynamische omgeving.
