Als allround administratief medewerker in Oostende zorg je voor een correcte en vlotte administratieve ondersteuning.

  • Je verwerkt inkomende en uitgaande correspondentie, zoals brieven, e-mails en telefonie, en verzorgt het onthaal
  • Je beheert het archief en zorgt voor een systematische en overzichtelijke opslag van documenten
  • Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van juridische documenten, zoals dagvaardingen, vonnissen en beslagleggingen, en bereidt documenten voor gerechtelijke procedures voor
  • Je houdt dossiers en klantgegevens up-to-date in het interne systeem en ondersteunt bij administratieve rapporten en statistieken
  • Je verwerkt betalingen en facturatie en houdt financiële gegevens correct bij
  • Je plant en organiseert afspraken, zittingen en termijnen in de agenda
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de gerechtsdeurwaarder en collega’s en waakt daarbij over de privacy en vertrouwelijkheid van gegevens.
