Administratief Bediende

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

  • Je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking en opvolging van operationele dossiers.
  • Werkorders, administratieve documenten en andere gegevens verwerk je nauwkeurig en tijdig.
  • Na een grondige inwerkperiode beheer je jouw dossiers zelfstandig van begin tot eind.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle containergegevens correct en actueel geregistreerd blijven.
  • Je verwerkt documenten, foto's en andere relevante informatie in het interne softwaresysteem.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten en collega's via telefoon en e-mail.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt minstens 2 à 3 jaar relevante administratieve ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een logistieke, technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Ervaring als onthaalmedewerker of inputbediende alleen sluit minder aan bij deze functie.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt de ambitie om op termijn door te groeien naar een meer operationeel administratieve rol.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en leert nieuwe software snel aan.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je beschikt over eigen vervoer om de werkplaats te bereiken.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een voltijdse functie (39 uur) of een 4/5-regime. Bij een 4/5-tewerkstelling ben je op woensdag aanwezig.

AANBOD

  • Je start met een uitgebreide opleiding en krijgt de ondersteuning van ervaren collega's.
  • Je komt terecht in een stabiele werkomgeving waar samenwerking en een open communicatie centraal staan.
  • Je werkt met vaste daguren van 8.30 tot 17.00 uur.
  • De functie valt onder PC 200.
  • Thuiswerk en glijdende werkuren zijn binnen deze functie niet voorzien.
  • Je ontvangt een aantrekkelijk loonpakket dat wordt afgestemd op jouw ervaring.
  • Je geniet van een hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering.
  • Voor elke gewerkte dag ontvang je maaltijdcheques van €9.
  • Je hebt recht op 20 wettelijke vakantiedagen en, bij een voltijdse tewerkstelling, 6 ADV-dagen.
  • Daarnaast kan je rekenen op een eindejaarspremie en een bonus volgens cao 90.
  • Je kan gebruikmaken van een bedrijfsrestaurant en er wordt regelmatig vers fruit voorzien.
