De functie inhoud Als Administratief bediende staan volgende taken op jou te wachten:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de boekhouding en rapportering, inclusief bankboekingen, maandafsluitingen in samenwerking met externe accountants en het opmaken van de aangiftes.
  • Opstellen en voorbereiden van financiële cijfers, rapporten, overzichten en dashboards ter ondersteuning van de bedrijfsleiding.
  • Beheer van de klantenadministratie, waaronder het opmaken van verkoopfacturen en het opvolgen en actief nabellen van betalingsaanmaningen.
  • Beheer van de leveranciersadministratie door het controleren en boeken van inkoopfacturen en het voorbereiden van paymentruns.
  • Werken in SAP Business One en actief bijdragen aan de optimalisatie en efficiëntie van administratieve en financiële processen.
  • Uitvoeren van ondersteunende administratieve taken, zoals telefonisch onthaal, hotelboekingen voor medewerkers, opvolging van onderhoudscontracten en planning van keuringen van de bedrijfsvloot.

Onze klant Als Administratief bediende kom je terecht in een bedrijf te Nazareth gespecialiseerd in industriële reinigings- en hygiëneoplossingen, met name voor de voedingsmiddelen- en andere industrieën. Het begon als een klein familiebedrijf en heeft zich ontwikkeld tot een onderneming met een focus op innovatieve, duurzame en op maat gemaakte oplossingen, waarbij eigen engineering en productie centraal staan. Men zet zich sterk in op kwaliteit, gebruiksgemak en service, met activiteiten in meerdere landen en een team dat steeds meedenkt met klanten. Ben jij de administratieve kracht die men hier zoekt?

  • Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring binnen de administratie en hebt kennis van boekhouding.
  • Als administratief bediende kan je vlot overweg met het office pakket, heb je ook kennis van SAP B1 dan is dat een grote plus!
  • Kenmerken van jou zijn zelfstandig, gestructureerd en assertief.
