Als Administratief Bediende ondersteun je de salesafdeling en zorg je voor een correcte verwerking van bestellingen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat elke vraag professioneel en klantgericht wordt behandeld. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar geen enkele dag dezelfde is.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van klantbestellingen.
  • Telefonisch contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
  • Ingeven en beheren van orders in het ERP-systeem.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan de salesafdeling.
  • Opvolgen van wijzigingen, leveringen en klantvragen.
  • Correct beheren en actualiseren van klantgegevens.
  • Zorgen voor een foutloze administratieve afhandeling van dossiers.
  • Actief meedenken over efficiëntere werkprocessen.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve functie of beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt kennis van of een sterke affiniteit met de vleessector.
  • Ervaring binnen een slagerij, vleesgroothandel of voedingssector is een grote troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en detailgericht.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en professioneel aan de telefoon.
  • Je bent vlot met computerprogramma's en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je kan je goed behelpen in het Frans en durft het actief te gebruiken.
  • Je hebt een echte KMO-mentaliteit en steekt graag een handje toe waar nodig.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en houdt van een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af tot het werk naar jou komt.
