Hoe ziet jouw dag er uit als Administratief bediende?

  • Als administratief bediende beheer jij de agenda
  • Op de inkomende facturen voer je een controle uit
  • Voor de productie manager sta jij in voor administratieve taken zoals het opmaken van meetstaten, vluchten boeken, etc.
  • Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze ook verder op bij de klant
  • Daarnaast sta je ook in voor de opvolging van klanten en leveranciers. Hiervoor voer je de gegevens in, doe je de opvolging van de betalingen en klachtenbeheer
  • Je levert kwaliteit en streeft naar de ISO-kwaliteitsnormen/ EN 1090-norm
  • Binnen het bedrijf ondersteun je ook collega’s met administratieve taken

Onze klant Onze klant is een snel groeiende firma die verschillende andere bedrijven ondersteunen. De activiteiten van deze onderneming regio Gent zijn verspreid over vijf verschillende sectoren.   • Je bent een gemotiveerde administratief bediende
  • Naast Nederlands kan spreek je ook een woordje Engels en Frans
  • Kan je niet alle taken uit de functie inhoud? Niet erg, wij bieden voldoende ondersteuning
  • Als administratief bediende kan je vlot overweg met computers en MS Office
  • Je bent klantgericht, vlot in omgang, stressbestendig, organisatorisch sterk
