In deze functie combineer je administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een klantgerichte aanpak. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking, volgt offertes en dossiers op en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief vlot en correct verloopt.

- Je bereidt offertes voor en volgt deze nauwgezet op. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen of bijkomende informatie. - Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en opvolging van dossiers. - Je verwerkt gegevens nauwkeurig in de bedrijfseigen software. - Je beheert inkomende mails en documenten op een gestructureerde manier. - Je ondersteunt de plantmanager bij uiteenlopende administratieve taken. - Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte en overzichtelijke dagelijkse werking.

Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en leert nieuwe software snel aan. Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en zelfstandig. Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot met collega's en klanten. Je blijft rustig onder druk en weet prioriteiten te stellen. Je bent flexibel, gemotiveerd en neemt graag initiatief. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans.

- Attesten: Geen specifieke attesten vereist.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Bachelor in een administratieve richting, zoals Management Assistant of KMO-management, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

- Vakkennis: Goede kennis van MS Office. Ervaring met administratieve software is een pluspunt.

- Talenkennis: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en beschikt over een goede mondelinge kennis van het Frans.
