Als administratief bediende deeltijds in Ieper ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, interne diensten en de boekhouding. Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratie correct en tijdig verwerkt wordt.

Klantenorders en planning

  • Ingeven en verwerken van klantenorders in het digitale systeem.
  • Opmaken van orderbonnen en zendnota's.
  • Tijdig ingeven van gegevens voor de planning.
  • Bestellen van grondstoffen volgens de planning.

Facturatie en boekhouding

  • Opvolgen en verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande facturen.
  • Opmaken van verkoopfacturen op basis van orderbonnen.
  • Verwerken van facturen in Exact Online.
  • Klanten contacteren bij vragen en instaan voor de verdere opvolging.
  • Facturen voorbereiden voor interne controle.

Loonadministratie

  • Gewerkte uren verwerken en controleren.
  • Uren van uitzendmedewerkers nakijken.
  • Verlofregistraties controleren in overleg met de verantwoordelijke.
  • Gegevens voorbereiden voor de loonadministratie via Liantis.

Algemene administratieve ondersteuning

  • Instaan voor klassement en documentbeheer.
  • Fungeren als telefonisch aanspreekpunt en vragen intern doorverwijzen.
  • Nieuwe medewerkers administratief opstarten, waaronder bedrijfskleding, badges en documenten voorzien.
  • Je werkt met Exact Online en een eigen ERP-programma.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie zijn administratieve en financiële basiskennis, sterke taalvaardigheid en een nauwkeurige werkstijl belangrijk

  • Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve of boekhoudkundige functie; ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en grondig, hebt oog voor detail en kan goed omgaan met deadlines.
  • Je bent cijfermatig sterk en werkt graag met facturen en financiële gegevens.
  • Je communiceert professioneel en klantgericht, spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en kan je ook goed uitdrukken in het Engels, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail.
